Bernadette always dreamed of owning a backyard greenhouse to supplement her love for planting and gardening. She wanted to extend the growing season allowing her to plant seedlings year-round. A greenhouse in her backyard would also protect her plants from pests, weeds, diseases, and extreme weather changes. Bernadette discovered Outdoor Personia at the Connecticut Flower Show and really liked the quality of our display models. She discussed her vision with a design consultant to collaborate on the ideal solution of a Haven Custom 8×10 Greenhouse.
The greenhouse that Bernadette decided on includes many personalized features that met her expectations. These additional options were a 4 ft. potting shelf and two 10 ft. attached planter benches. Outdoor Personia also added two manual roof vents to help adjust the internal temperatures necessary for growing healthier plants. We painted the exterior trim to accurately match the color of her house. Additionally, Outdoor Personia completed all the necessary site work and placed the greenhouse on a foundation of crushed stone for suitable drainage.
