Dellbrook JKS, New England’s leading construction company, was building an assisted living facility in Attleboro, MA. Their project called for a 12′ octagonal white vinyl gazebo and an 8’x12′ storage building. Each structure was to be placed on concrete pads provided by Dellbrook. In addition, there were a number of specific requirements. Both structures needed to have roofs that precisely matched that of the main facility. There were a number of specific details that needed to be incorporated into the storage building including 2×6 roof framing, soffit vents, specific shingles, siding, and trim, and oversized doors.
Outdoor Personia proposed building the structures off-site and delivering them fully built. The morning of the delivery, we transported the gazebo and shed to the site, unloaded, and positioned the structures. By midday both structures were set in place and secured onto their concrete pads.
