Our client, Brian, was renovating his Brookline, MA property and wanted to add a professionally-built chicken coop that integrated into his backyard’s landscaping and also matched the style of his existing home. He visited our Bellingham Design Center where he shared his vision and viewed samples of our various structures with an Outdoor Personia Design Consultant. After discussing various options that matched the requirements from Brian’s wish list, we recommended a Custom 6×10 Chicken Coop.
The exterior of the structure features durable Hardie® plank siding, a rubber slate roof, and copper accents. The doors and trim of the coop were painted to match the color scheme of Brian’s beautiful home. To ensure the comfort and safety of the little occupants, the coop also has many practical features like automatically closing doors, ventilation windows, custom nesting boxes, and even a heated roost. The interior’s ceiling is high enough to comfortable walk around while cleaning and caring for the chickens and has a tilt-out lid for easily collecting eggs from the outside. Brian is very pleased with his amazing and functional chicken coop, and his feathered friends love it too!
