Our client Lyad needed a solution to expand his limited storage while also creating a comfortable living space for a family member returning home. His vision was a custom-built 3 car garage with a finished second-floor apartment, seamlessly attached to his existing house.
After visiting our Bellingham Design Center, Lyad met with an Outdoor Personia Design Consultant to discuss his needs. We listened carefully and later visited his property to assess the space and develop a personalized plan. After exploring several design ideas, we proposed a Trestle Custom 20×36 three-car garage with a 14×16 breezeway that connects the new structure to the main home.
This multi-purpose garage was designed to match the home’s exterior with matching siding, windows, doors, lighting fixtures, and a decorative stairway. Inside, the second-floor living space was finished with a matching look and feel of the family’s existing home. Lyad and his family are thrilled with their new personalized garage with finished space, which not only meets their storage and living needs but also adds significant value and style to their property.
