When Paul had a beautiful new pool and stone patio installed, he and his family envisioned a comfortable, shaded space to entertain and unwind on sunny days. To explore ideas, Paul visited our Hanover Design Center, where he met with our sales consultant to discuss his dream and explore several options.
Following the consultation, we visited Paul’s property to assess the layout and better understand the site conditions. With this collaboration, we recommended a Swan Custom 18×18 Pavilion tailored to his vision and designed to enhance his family’s outdoor experience.
The finished pavilion blends functionality with style: its low-maintenance vinyl components complement their home, while the stained wood ceiling and dual ceiling fans offer both charm and a refreshing breeze. Louvered side wall panels provide privacy and cross ventilation, and a custom back wall features built-in cabinetry and a mounted outdoor TV – perfect for enjoying the game from the poolside. Plus, the pavilion and surrounding landscaping tastefully hide the pool’s filtration system from view.
