When Rich and Tracy began planning a complete backyard renovation at their Cranston, Rhode Island home, they envisioned more than just a patio. Their project included a new stone patio, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a custom pavilion that would anchor the space and create a comfortable, shaded outdoor living area for relaxing and entertaining.
To explore ideas and refine their vision, they visited our Bellingham Design Center, where they met with one of our experienced design consultants. Together, we reviewed their landscape architect’s plans and carefully considered the right pavilion size, layout, and materials to complement the new stone patio and outdoor kitchen. After evaluating the scale of the backyard and how they intended to use the space, we recommended a Custom 14×18 Vinyl Pavilion that would provide ample room for dining and gathering while maintaining balance within the overall design.
This custom vinyl pavilion was designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. Integrated gutters and downspouts were built into the structure to help manage rainwater and keep the living area dry. The interior ceiling features a clean white vinyl finish that brightens the space and gives it a polished, finished look. A lighted ceiling fan was installed to provide air circulation, added comfort during warm summer days, and additional bug control in the evenings. As part of the full-service installation, Outdoor Personia dug the electrical trench to power the pavilion’s lighting and fan and also coordinated the gas line installation for the new outdoor kitchen, ensuring seamless utility integration throughout the entire backyard renovation.
