Lisa owns a beautiful horse, Cupid, and needed to board him at an outside professional equestrian center. She had always dreamed of caring for Cupid on her own property, so a neighbor recommended that she visit our Hanover Design Center to discuss the situation and learn what solutions we could provide. After visiting Lisa’s beautiful Norwell home and learning more about what was required to care for her horse, we then recommended a Trestle Custom 12×20 Shed Row Horse Barn.
Outdoor Personia obtained the necessary permits and provided the site preparation before delivering the single-stall shed row horse barn which can accommodate exactly what Lisa had envisioned in an animal shelter. The structure contains a single 12×14 horse stall with a Dutch door and an interior window to the adjoining tack room to allow easy access for feeding Cupid. Windows on either side provide ventilation and a rear swing-out window giving views to all sides of Lisa’s property. The exterior includes a handy covered porch area for sitting and we painted Cupid’s new home to match the color scheme of Lisa’s house.
We were happy to help Lisa live the dream of caring for her horse on her own property. As an added benefit, she no longer needs to continually pay the high fees of an outside boarding facility.
