Brian was very happy when we helped him build just the right storage shed for his Uxbridge property. He was now in the process of adding a swimming pool so he returned to our Bellingham Design Center to share his vision of a pool house for storage and entertaining family & friends.
We collaborated with Brian and discussed various design options as we eventually decided on a structure that best matched his vision: a custom 12×16 Swan Pool House. Outdoor Personia provided architectural drawings, obtained all the necessary permits, and prepared the site with a concrete slab as a foundation for the covered living space.
The pool house has a large interior room for general storage. For the outdoor living space, a porch area features an L-shaped bar with a granite countertop, custom cabinetry, and built-in outdoor appliances. Above the seating area is a beautiful Pine T&G ceiling with a fan. The Victorian-style dormer is finished off with a decorative gooseneck spotlight that accents the exterior wall sconces.
Brian’s family is extremely happy with their new backyard living space that was transformed into a gorgeous poolside destination!
