Lisa and Darrell were adding a new pool and surrounding patio area to their beautiful home’s backyard. To complete their dream of creating a new backyard oasis, the couple wanted to add a pool house to serve as both a changing room and outdoor entertaining spot. After they visited our Design Center, we were happy to discuss options and recommend the right structure to match their vision: A custom 10×14 Swan Pool House.
Our design consultant visited their property to get an accurate picture of the area and met with their landscape architect to best coordinate our schedules and construction plans. The pool house features many options like custom cabinetry, a wall-mounted TV inside the sliding serving windows, an exterior composite countertop, two 15-lite fiberglass double doors, and an 18″ decorative vinyl Zephr Cupola. Above the serving area is an attached 4×14 vinyl Swan Pergola to add shade during poolside gatherings. The final result is a stunning backyard retreat!
