Our client, Tom, was in the process of completely renovating his outdoor living area. Part of his dream backyard included a stone patio overlooking his beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately, his home’s entire backyard is in direct sunlight and he needed a solution for providing shade. After Tom came into our Bellingham Design Center to discuss his project, our design consultant then visited his Southborough property to view the construction and take careful measurements of the new patio space. We recommended a Swan Attached Custom Vinyl Pergola that would completely cover the length of his new patio’s living area.
Built from durable Celular PVC, Tom’s pergola is attached to his home and contains 5 round columns and features an EZShade Canopy and a Side Curtain to block the setting sun in the late afternoon. We coordinated with Tom’s landscape architect to ensure the pergola was situated on the proper foundation and our construction was completed on schedule!
