Scott had an old and unusable garage on his property and was ready to add a functional attached garage to his historic home. He came into our Bellingham Design Center to meet a custom garage consultant to discuss his dreams for a new structure. Scott wanted his garage to have enough room for plenty of storage, contain a laundry area, and still park up to three vehicles. In addition, he wanted the new garage’s exterior to have a classic New England barn style that also worked with the historic look of his existing home.
We visited his property to look everything over and precisely designed a custom Trestle 24×36 Garage with a connected 8×12 breezeway that was the perfect spot to move his family’s laundry room out of his crowded basement. Adding a custom 48″ Zephr Cupola and weathervane perfectly finishes off the look of this impressive garage. Outdoor Personia obtained all the necessary permits, prepared the site, poured the concrete foundation, installed the wiring, hung the drywall, and fully insulated the interior. By removing several surrounding trees we could also widen his driveway for easier street access.
