The Rossis had recently retired and purchased a new home on Cape Cod. It did not have a garage, something they were accustomed to using. They also did not have enough comfortable accommodations in their home for their four grandchildren who visited them each summer. Baystate designed and built this two-story, two-car garage. Paul helped with the foundation work as well as finishing off the sleeping quarters for his grandsons. Problem solved.
I contracted Baystate Structures last summer to construct a 22’x22’ garage with stairway and loft above. After agreeing on a fair price, the entire structure was completed in 2 1/2 days (on my foundation) in a professional and courteous manner. I have been in the construction business (retired) for over forty-five years and I was very impressed by the quality of this structure and the people involved in the process!
