A Trestle Custom Garage, Cupola and Pergola in South Dartmouth, MA

William was paying to keep his prized car collection in storage and wanted a better solution giving him easier access to park and maintain his vehicles with plenty of space for added storage. He was referred to us by a friend and liked the examples he was seeing on our website. After visiting our Bellingham Design Center we sat with William and thoroughly discussed his goals, and began the process of planning his ideal garage. Outdoor Personia walked William through our collaborative process and provided him with services including acquiring necessary permits, preparing the site, and creating final drawings for approval.

Our 28×24 Trestle Custom Garage design provided plenty of interior roof space to accommodate the auto storage lifts for his amazing cars as well as loft space for added storage. It was important to William that we match the design of his beautiful home so we covered the structure’s exterior with unfinished Cedar shingles for natural aging and exactly matched the carriage-style doors currently on his home’s attached garage. Above each decorative garage door, the row of transom windows brings in plenty of added sunlight.

Centered atop the garage’s hip roof is an impressive 60″ interior-lighted Zephr Cupola that perfectly finishes off this inspiring structure.

William was so pleased with how we were able to succeed in creating his vision, he had us design and install a matching pergola over the garage doors attached to his existing home. The 22′ wide Custom Swan Vinyl Pergola accents the white trim on his house and nicely ties into our new custom garage creating a courtyard atmosphere upon entering his crushed-stone driveway.
