Ken & Tracey were in the process of renovating their entire patio and pool living area. Since a significant number of trees were to be removed during construction, their primary need was a structure to add much-needed shade over their outdoor seating space.
When the couple visited our Bellingham design center the plans for their construction were still two years away so we were able to closely work in partnership with their landscape contractor. We collaborated on an “L” shaped structure including an 8×24 Swan Vinyl Pavilion with an attached 9×16 Vinyl Pergola. Once the plans and permits were completed to their satisfaction, we then poured the foundations in advance so their stone masons could build the patio around the necessary footings for our structure.
Ken and Tracey chose to include an EZ Shade curtain on the Pavilion which will provide partial or full shade relief as they relax and entertain in their beautiful backyard oasis.
