A Custom 10 x 18 Cape Cod Sudbury Shed with a Cupola

Donald and Alice were looking for a shed – but not just any run-of-the-mill shed. They wanted something that had some character to it, something different. They came and talked with Outdoor Personia, where they spent some time looking through photos of the custom sheds other Outdoor Personia customers had built. They loved the look of a Victorian dormer. We discussed how they intended to use the shed and discovered that a 10 x 18 would be the perfect size for their needs. We customized the shed with a full Victorian dormer and a transom window above the 36″ entry door. To complete the look, Donald and Alice chose an 18″ Huntington Norwell Cupola with copper roof and windows.

It was exactly the design they were looking for. Because the desired location was on a hillside, we installed a retaining wall as part of the foundation. With easy access to the site, we completed the stone base and were able to deliver their shed fully built.
