Matt’s backyard was receiving a complete makeover and he wanted a functional pool house to provide storage, privacy, and a comfortable place for his family to hang out by their new swimming pool. After visiting our Hanover Design Center, Matt shared his vision and we were able to collaborate on designing a 16×24 Swan Custom Pool House that would live up to his expectations. We handled all phases of the building process including obtaining all necessary permits and coordinating with his landscape and pool contractors.
The new structure hides his pool’s filtration system from view and doubles as a storage shed with a large area to hang garden tools and park his riding lawn mower. The finished interior portion includes a spacious kitchenette and a private changing room. The outside living space includes custom cabinetry with a granite countertop and a wall-mounted exterior TV. The overhead heating unit extends the usage of his seating area and the mahogany stained ceiling has a decorative cooling fan that nicely keeps the bugs away!
