David had a problem. The old shed on his property was too small to organize all his lawn & garden supplies neatly. It was also starting to deteriorate. Needing more storage space, David visited Outdoor Personia’s design center in Hanover, Massachusetts. To David’s delight, he liked the size and design of a prefab shed we already had on display.
The 12×16 pre-manufactured storage shed had a loft, two doors – a single door and a double door with a ramp – windows with flower boxes, and an octagonal cupola. A generously sized loft, providing additional storage space for his items, was facilitated by the steep roof pitch.
Outdoor Personia assisted David by acquiring the building permit from the town. After permitting was completed, we were quickly able to install the required foundation and deliver the shed to make the entire process turn-key. Because of the steep roof pitch, we designed and built the display shed in a modular way so we could lower the roof for the transportation to David’s property!
During the shed purchasing process, David added two weathervanes – an angel and a witch – to his purchase. He plans to use them interchangeably as the final touch to his new vinyl sided shed. The storage shed fits perfectly on his property and gives him ample space to store his gardening tools and supplies.
