Steve and Donna loved spending time by their beautiful swimming pool, but the lack of shade on the surrounding patio limited how long they could comfortably stay outdoors. They envisioned a structure that would offer both shade and a welcoming space to entertain family and friends.
After visiting our Bellingham Design Center and exploring options in our display lot, Steve and Donna collaborated with an Outdoor Personia design consultant. Together, they reviewed sketches and designs to match their dream. We soon recommended a Swan Custom 14×18 Pavilion that brought their outdoor living vision to life.
To maximize their outdoor living experience, the pavilion includes a granite countertop, custom cabinetry, and a built-in outdoor refrigerator for poolside refreshments. The vinyl material used throughout the structure, including the ceiling, ensures long-lasting durability and weather resistance. Crowning the structure is a Zephyr Vinyl Cupola featuring a charming copper duck weathervane that makes this backyard retreat the envy of the neighborhood.
