Our Team recently delivered a brand-new, custom-built 8’ x 12’ storage shed to Kevin and Caty Sartori of Pembroke, Massachusetts. The couple was selected as the 2025 recipients of our community-focused initiative, “Operation: Shed for a Vet.”
Launched this fall, the program invited individuals across New England to nominate a deserving United States veteran to receive a free, quality-crafted shed. With many heartfelt nominations submitted, Kevin and Caty stood out not only for their military service but also for their continued dedication to public safety and emergency response.

Meet Caty and Kevin Sartori: A Life of Service
Both Caty and Kevin received multiple nominations, highlighting their commitment to serving their country and their communities:
- Caty Sartori served on active duty in support of FEMA and other federal agencies, focusing on emergency management and national disaster preparedness. Today, she is a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves and is proudly the first—and only—female firefighter for the City of Quincy.
- Kevin Sartori served over five years of active duty as a U.S. Navy Corpsman. Kevin has also served as a Boston Transit Police Officer before joining the Massachusetts Air National Guard. He now works as a firefighter-EMT for the town of Falmouth.
Recently married and settling into their new home, the Sartoris now have a professionally designed shed that will support their property, equipment storage needs, and busy lives for many years to come.

A Gift of Appreciation

Each year, the company organizes its Annual Days of Service, pausing regular operations so the entire staff can volunteer their time and talents to assist local homeowners, nonprofits, and community organizations in need.
