Warranty Policies On Personalized Structures

• 30 years on all custom-built Garages, Pool Houses, Pavilions, Gazebos, Pergolas, Greenhouses, Cupolas installed, and all Patriot, Cape Cod, Pilgrim series Sheds.

• 20 years on Berkshire series Sheds.

• Roofing carries a 30-year warranty.

• All siding, doors, and windows are warrantied for 10 years.

Warranty is void if Outdoor Personia does not do site preparation or installation. All warranties are subject to homeowner performing periodic maintenance as recommended by manufacturer on certain products.

All warranty claims occurring three years or more from installation date will be pro rated from date of purchase through warranty duration.Warranty does not cover severe weather damage. Some examples defined as “Acts of God”, include, but not limited to, tornadoes, hail, snow loads and wind speeds surpassing what is defined by state and local building codes.

Outdoor Personia supports and exceeds all material manufacturer’s warranties. If an issue arises and the material manufacturer denies a warranty due to an installation issue caused by Outdoor Personia, we will honor the full warranty as defined by material manufacturer.

All warranties are valid once original owner has paid in full and Outdoor Personia completes the installation.
