Once the drawings are approved, towns may require additional documentation before we can proceed, such as building permits, environmental studies, variances, or surveys. In Production Phase
Once your town’s building inspection department has approved the design for your project, we’re ready to move into the production phase. This marks the official start of bringing your dream to life.
At Outdoor Personia, we tailor our process to the unique details of each project. Our team will develop a customized plan for building your structure, whether that means starting construction in our workshop or sourcing materials for our carpenters to build it directly in your backyard.
SIte Preparation
This crucial phase of production involves preparing your property to support the correct foundation for your structure. Our crew readies the site to ensure it meets all necessary requirements for stability and alignment with your project’s specifications.
This foundational work is essential as it allows us to fully warranty the structure’s longevity and may take a variety of forms including:
• Cushed stone pad is poured and spread to add stability and level off the property's grade to level.
• Concrete slab will support the foundation of the structure with a solid smooth surface.
• Concrete piers support load bearing portions and also to elevate the structure.
Completing Construction
Your structure will be delivered fully constructed or built on-site by a team of experienced carpenters. Depending on the scope of the project, your structure could be completed in one day or require multiple building phases, including framing, roofing, or any interior finishes planned in the initial design.
Final Approval
